Enterprise API Release Manager
CTG is seeking to fill an Enterprise API Release Manager opening for our premier client.

Responsibilities:- Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) for enterprise APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., API gateways, integration platforms, microservices).
- Develop and maintain integrated release calendars, wave plans, and cutover strategies across multiple API domains and consuming applications.
- Coordinate deployments involving API gateways, middleware runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Partner with development, QA, Dev Ops, SRE, security, and platform teams to ensure release readiness and environment stability.
- Change management, CAB approvals, and release governance aligned to enterprise and regulatory requirements, using Servicenow.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing enterprise API and middleware deployments in large, distributed environments.
- Strong knowledge of API gateways, integration platforms, and middleware runtimes (e.g., Mule Soft).
- Experience with ITSM / Change Management tools (Service Now).
- Solid understanding of API versioning, dependency management, and backward compatibility.
- Work experience in Agile / SAFe and ITIL environments.
