We are seeking a full-stack web application and AI systems engineer to design, build, and maintain the connected systems that power our digital experience and day-to-day operations. This role owns the full lifecycle of development, from architecture and requirements through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

This is a hands‑on engineering role. You will spend much of your time writing and maintaining production code across websites, backend services, integrations, and AI‑powered workflows. You will also help define and execute the technical roadmap that supports marketing, sales, operations, and finance.

This role has direct exposure to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
• Develop customer‑facing and internal web applications that support booking, onboarding, billing, and support workflows.
• Own performance, security, and reliability of production applications.

• Design and implement integrations between: CRM (Hub Spot), Property and financial systems (Yardi and similar), CMS (Word Press), Payments, access control, and IoT/building systems.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and background jobs that sync data across platforms.
• Debug and resolve API failures, data inconsistencies, and automation issues.
• Develop internal tools and dashboards that support finance, asset management, operations, and sales teams.

• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows to support: sales and lead engagement, tenant support and onboarding, maintenance diagnostics and operations workflows, financial and reporting automation.
• Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases connected to real business data.
• Implement agent‑based workflows that integrate with CRM, ticketing, and internal tools.
• Productionize AI systems with proper monitoring, privacy controls, and fallback handling.

• Architect and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase and related tools.
• Own deployments, uptime, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as Git Hub Actions, Cloud Build, and Docker.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for production issues.

• Build and maintain high‑performance Word Press environments, including: custom themes and plugins, multi‑site architecture, CRM, booking, and payment integrations.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and conversion.
• Support marketing and location teams with reliable, scalable web tooling.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the full digital ecosystem and system interdependencies.
• Translate business requests into technical designs, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Own execution of the digital roadmap, balancing new features, system improvements, and break‑fix work.
• Serve as technical point of contact for key software vendors, including: reviewing release notes, managing support tickets, evaluating platform changes and new tools.
• Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, and workflows.
• Publish release notes and support materials to communicate changes to internal teams.

• Website performance, lead capture, and booking workflows are faster and more reliable, contributing to increased revenue generation through online transactions.
• Data flows cleanly between CRM, property management, billing, and access systems.
• Multiple AI workflows are produced and actively reduce manual work for internal teams and/or improve customer experience.
• Fewer manual data fixes and emergency break‑fix situations due to improved automation and monitoring.
• Clear technical documentation exists for core systems and integrations.
