This high-impact role blends strategic acumen, deep technical expertise, and enterprise-wide influence to architect resilient, future-proof systems that support innovation and growth.
Responsibilities- Define enterprise architecture strategies aligned with evolving business and regulatory objectives.
- Anticipate disruption and shape adaptive, scalable platforms to future-proof core banking operations.
- Transform complex business challenges into innovative, customer-oriented technology solutions.
- Architect enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Spring Boot, and other modern frameworks for mission-critical financial transactions.
- Design secure, intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web banking channels using React and React Native.
- Drive hybrid cloud architecture leveraging Azure (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Dev Ops) and AWS for resilience and performance.
- Lead implementation of modular ecosystems with microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and messaging platforms like Kafka.
- Embed cybersecurity, compliance, and risk mitigation into architectural decisions and delivery pipelines.
- Promote Dev Sec Ops culture using CI/CD pipelines, domain-driven design, and secure coding practices.
- Champion cloud-first modernization while minimizing business disruption.
- Guide enterprise decision-making as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and governance boards.
- Apply TOGAF and Zachman frameworks to reinforce architectural standards and cross-functional alignment.
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers to elevate enterprise capabilities.
- Deliver complex programs on time and within budget, exceeding expectations.
- Spearhead modernization of legacy platforms across deposits, lending, CRM, and core banking services.
- Shape enterprise architecture culture focused on agility, sustainability, and innovation.
- Impact millions of users through secure, scalable solutions across financial services.
- 12+ years of IT leadership experience, with a track record of large-scale transformation in financial services.
- Experience architecting enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Spring Boot, and other modern frameworks.
- Design experience for secure, responsive UI on mobile and web using React and React Native.
- Cloud architecture expertise with Azure and AWS, including App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, and Dev Ops.
- Experience with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong focus on cybersecurity, compliance, risk mitigation, and secure coding practices.
