JOB OVERVIEW

The Technical / Integration Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT delivery teams, ensuring solutions are designed, developed, and implemented in alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, cloud platform capabilities, and industry best practices. This role focuses on team leadership, delivery governance, vendor management, and strategic oversight, while maintaining strong technical understanding to guide decisions and ensure high-quality outcomes, including the adoption of AI/ML-enabled integration capabilities, cloud-based modernization, security, monitoring, KPI reporting, SLA management, and operational resiliency, along with intelligent automation.

You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Senior Developers, External Vendors, and business stakeholders to oversee projects across applications, integrations, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms, driving innovation, modernization, AI-driven insights, operational excellence, security, monitoring, AR/DR, and vendor SLA adherence.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, integration engineers, and technical leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to governance and architecture boards.
• Select, manage, and coordinate external vendors, ensuring their solutions, deliverables, and timelines meet organizational standards, including cloud solution delivery, security compliance, and integration requirements.
• Establish and monitor vendor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, conducting periodic reviews to ensure vendor accountability, high-quality delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support individual and team goals aligned with organizational objectives, provide continuous feedback throughout the year, and support year-end evaluations to drive performance, career development, and talent retention.
• Oversee solution design, architecture, and implementation, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and driving modernization activities such as cloud migration, cloud-native application integration, API enablement, integration transformation, security, and AR/DR planning.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, provide recommendations, and oversee proof of concept (POC) activities, including cloud and hybrid cloud solutions with integrated monitoring, resiliency, and SLA tracking.
• Oversee project delivery, managing scope, timeline, and risks, while ensuring Agile practices, quality standards, security, KPI reporting, monitoring, and cloud deployment best practices are followed.
• Oversee the operations of multiple integration platforms and tools, providing technical guidance to teams, including cloud-hosted and on-premises platforms, monitoring dashboards, and alerting systems.
• Manage system migration activities, ensuring smooth transitions to cloud platforms, minimizing risk, maintaining AR/DR readiness, and ensuring operational continuity.
• Act as a technical escalation point, supporting teams in resolving complex design, integration, security, or operational challenges.
• Provide strategic oversight for the integration of AI/ML capabilities into integration platforms and workflows to enable automation, AI-driven insights, predictive monitoring, and intelligent data orchestration in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and technical leaders to ensure alignment between business objectives, AI-enabled insights, integration architecture, cloud platform capabilities, security, and resilience strategies.
• Guide teams and vendors in adopting AI-ready and cloud-ready integration standards, governance, security controls, monitoring, observability, KPI reporting, AR/DR best practices, and vendor SLA compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 15+ years of comprehensive IT experience, including integration, middleware, enterprise application development, and cloud platforms.
• 12+ years in a managerial or technical lead role, leading teams through design, implementation, and delivery while managing performance, career growth, Agile/Scrum delivery in hybrid and cloud-enabled environments, and oversight of security, monitoring, AR/DR practices, and vendor SLAs.
• Strong strategic analytical skills, with experience evaluating emerging technologies, modernization initiatives, cloud migration strategies, security, monitoring, vendor performance and SLA compliance, KPI reporting, and AR/DR readiness, while overseeing operations of multiple…
