Responsibilities- Accuracy and completeness of data, data interchange and training of Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS).
- Safeguarding department policies and regulations as they relate to system issues that affect its business administration.
- Supply Chain Management application software support, advancement, and problem resolution.
- Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or closely related field Required
- Work Experience
- 2 years of work experience with software applications support, data management, change management (related to content), supply chain concepts, knowledge in MMIS systems and/or data quality control or a closely related field Required
- Experience in: supporting custom interfaces and data exchanges between multiple applications Required
- Articulating problems and resolutions clearly, ensuring business requirements are met in functional and technical specifications related to application and interface changes Required
- Documenting processes related to system support including but not limited to data entry/ upload, troubleshooting processes, and escalation protocol Required
- Experience in user-acceptance and regression testing software and interface changes Preferred
- Application experience in warehouse management systems, order management systems, and working knowledge in reporting tools such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, or similar Preferred
