OTM Techno-functional Consultant/Architect (Logistics/Transportation Domain)

Location:

Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – In-office a few days a week) Mostly REMOTE

• We are seeking an experienced OTM Techno-functional consultant with a strong background in Logistics and Transportation technology to oversee product development, client interactions, and technical roadmaps.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fleet Management, Logistics and Transportation technology, Order Processing, and Trucking Telematics.

• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Well experienced in working on onsite-offshore model.
• Should be capable and adroit in managing more than one project simultaneously.
• Capable of partnering with the product owner/business partners to co-create value and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and support the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.
• Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Keep external stakeholders, collaborators, and other interested parties well-informed on team progress and activities.
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
