- 12+ years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role
- 4+ years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer-facing role
- Expertise with Business Technology Platform (BTP) components (application development, automation, integration, AI)
- Functional knowledge of S/4
HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes using SAP BTP would be helpful - Strong understanding of industry trends within the development, integration and artificial intelligence segments
- Strong understanding of industry leaders and competitive differentiators
- Viewed as a solution expert and trusted advisor with a track record of success
- Strong executive presence with the ability to tell relevant industry stories about optimizing business processes with technology
- Sub Solution experience in SAP Integration Suite: 4+ years experience designing end-to-end integration architectures with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Event Mesh)
- Choose and justify integration patterns (sync/async, API-led, event-driven) and adapters/protocols based on business and non‑functional requirements
- Define secure integration designs (OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, client certificates, secure destinations, data protection)
- Lead customer workshops to convert business processes into integration requirements (SLAs, throughput, error/retry behavior)
- Deep understanding of reusable integration assets (mapping libraries, template iFlows, accelerators) to accelerate customer adoption and value achievement
- Design hybrid connectivity solutions (Cloud Connector, on‑prem constraints, network/firewall considerations)
- Be able to discuss CI/CD practices for integration artifacts (source control, automated tests, environment promotion) with customers for their implementations
- Size and optimize integrations for scale and cost (throughput, batching, throttling) and lead demos/POCs that quantify business impact

Leverage digital assets created by the team throughout customer engagement - Implementation Partner/Customer Services & Delivery:

Candidate(s) will be required to work 3 days a week in office/client site as per our Pledge to Flex return to office policy
Responsibilities and capabilities- Own end-to-end solution articulation for SAP BTP: architecture patterns, integration strategies (S/4
HANA, third-party systems), extension frameworks, automation, and AI-driven use cases. - Lead and drive high-impact customer engagements: executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture reviews, RFP responses, customized demos, and multi-stakeholder proofs-of-concept.
- Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
- Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
- Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions
- Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
- Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy
