The Program Director – GenAI & Data Transformation will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs with a strong focus on Data Platforms, AI, and Generative AI initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader who has lived in data delivery, played hands-on architecture and leadership roles, and successfully driven AI/GenAI transformations across multiple enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy, architecture, and execution while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

• Lead enterprise-wide GenAI and AI-driven transformation programs across multiple portfolios and business units.
• Drive end-to-end program governance, including scope, roadmap, budgets, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
• Define and execute AI/GenAI transformation strategies, including use‑case prioritization, operating models, and platform adoption.
• Partner with enterprise architects, data architects, and engineering leaders to design scalable data, AI, and GenAI architectures.
• Oversee delivery of data platforms, analytics, ML, and GenAI solutions leveraging modern cloud and data ecosystems.
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on AI adoption, transformation maturity, and ROI.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including architects, data engineers, ML engineers, product owners, and delivery managers.
• Drive change management and organizational adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track business impact, productivity gains, and transformation outcomes.

• 15–20 years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Enterprise Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience serving in Architect and Senior Technical Leadership roles.
• 3–4+ years of hands‑on leadership in AI and Generative AI transformation programs.
• Strong background in data platforms, analytics, and large‑scale data delivery.
• Experience driving multi‑program, enterprise‑level transformations.
• Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical and delivery roadmaps.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, MLOps, and AI platforms.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
• Prior experience leading global or distributed delivery teams.
• Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations.
