Senior Web & Customer Journey Analytics Specialist

This role owns customer journey, web behavior, and recommendation analytics across our digital platforms. You will analyze event-level data to understand how users engage with product recommendations, where they convert or drop off, and how those journeys impact revenue.

This is a hands‑on analytics role for someone who can work with messy behavioral data, build complex SQL logic, and translate user behavior into actionable revenue optimization strategies.

• 7+ years experience with experience in product analytics, web analytics, growth analytics, or digital analytics
• Expert‑level SQL (CTEs, window functions, advanced joins, performance optimization)
• Deep experience with event‑level data (clickstream, app/web events, behavioral tracking)
• Funnels and drop‑off points
• Attribution across channels
• Experience building behavioral and omnichannel data models
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, Num Py)
• Ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data and improve data quality

• Analyze end‑to‑end customer journeys across web and digital platforms
• Evaluate performance of product recommendations and identify opportunities to:
  • Increase conversion
  • Increase share of wallet
• Perform attribution analysis to understand how users arrive, engage, and convert
• Identify drop‑off points and behavioral patterns that inform product and marketing decisions
• Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to turn insights into action
• Build and maintain event‑based analytical datasets to support ongoing analysis
