CJCC ETL Developer

Short Description

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is seeking a skilled ETL Programmer with hands‑on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and integration solutions.

Local candidates only. Onsite visits to the office will be required 1–2 times per month.

• Design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, and Mapping Data Flows.
• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Blob Storage, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses in Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Automate data workflows and optimize performance for large‑scale data processing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).
• 3+ years of ETL development experience with at least 1 year using Azure Data Factory (required).
• 3 years proficiency in SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Functions (required).
• 5 years experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops practices (required).
• 5 years strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud architecture (required).
• 5 years Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., DP‑203, AZ‑900) required.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Python for data transformation (required).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards (minimum 4 years) (required).
