We are building an extremely senior talent pool of technology leaders with a strong AI-focus to support pre-sales, future client needs and technical leadership. This initiative targets professionals with experience as hands-on senior engineers, combining strategic vision with a solid hands-on architectural background and deep exposure to Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Professionals in this talent pool may be considered for leadership roles where technology strategy, architecture, and AI-driven innovation are core to the business. Depending on the engagement, the role may involve working on pre-sales, defining technical vision, leading engineering organizations, and implementing & driving AI adoption at scale.

• Define and lead technology and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions using AI tools.
• Drive the adoption of AI solutions across products, platforms, or internal operations.
• Design, estimate, implement, and oversee scalable, secure, and resilient architectures, leveraging cloud and AI technologies.
• Act as a technical authority and advisor to different stakeholders and clients.
• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering and architecture teams.
• Oversee data, AI, and platform architecture decisions.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across technology initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors in the AI ecosystem.

• Strong background as a Senior Software / Solution / Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with AI/tools, systems, data platforms, or AI-enabled products.
• Cloud architecture and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Data architecture, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• API-driven and distributed systems architecture.
• Security, scalability, and reliability best practices.

• Experience designing, leading, and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Understanding of the AI lifecycle: data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, or services (cloud-native AI services, MLOps concepts).
• Awareness of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.

• Proven experience in leadership roles.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical and architectural strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
