Technical Solution Specialist

Job Overview & Purpose

The Technical Solution Specialist works with multiple project stakeholders to gather and document requirements, then configure, test, and train on the solution as it relates to the implementation of our product,
Euna Grants
. The role plays a key part in customer discovery and refinement, user acceptance testing, data migration, custom report development, integration design, and system configurations. The Specialist becomes a product subject matter expert to best understand and apply client goals to product abilities, and may assist with additional project responsibilities such as planning, status reports, time tracking, training materials, and product support.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product to serve as an Euna Grants Subject Matter Expert.
• Configure the system to meet defined requirements, including workflows, access permissions, reports, and other configurable elements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for system issues, configurations, integration, and migration issues in collaboration with support and technical teams.
• Support training and knowledge‑sharing efforts across implementations.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to refine feature requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage Technical Requirements Gathering and Documentation: conduct in‑depth sessions, define and prioritize requirements, develop comprehensive documentation, and translate complex information into clear documentation.
• Conduct Data Analysis and Data Migration: lead planning, mapping, cleaning, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation processes.
• Manage and Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop and execute UAT plans, facilitate UAT sessions, capture feedback, and document findings.
• Communicate and Collaborate with Stakeholders: act as a bridge, facilitate project updates, and maintain relationships across departments.
• Support Project and Process Management: assist in tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies; promote best practices; and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Technical Solution Specialist or in a similar role with a focus on technical requirements gathering, data migration, and testing.
• Proven track record in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working in data migration or integration projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong grasp of information technology concepts and processes.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data‑driven decision maker who can analyze, visualize, and present complex data.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile certifications) are a plus.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, grants management, and/or the public sector.

Hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
