The Project Manager, Restaurant Technology is responsible for managing, deploying, and supporting innovative technology solutions across restaurant operations. This role focuses on project management, vendor coordination, and system implementations to drive operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between corporate teams, vendors, franchisees, and field support staff, ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technology deployment, or project management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industries.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.

• Vendor management

• Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software.
