As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion
, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful conversion of data into their Workday environment. You will utilize your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to drive business results through efficient and effective data conversion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Data Conversion Process:
  Plan, analyze, scope, design, and implement data conversion projects, including EIB, to meet client expectations and achieve business results.
• Conduct Design Sessions:
  Collaborate with clients to understand their data conversion requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure Data Quality:
  Develop strategies to progressively enhance data quality throughout the conversion process, ensuring accurate and reliable data in the client s Workday environment.
• Provide Post-Implementation Support:
  Offer ongoing support to clients after data conversion, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth operation of their Workday environment.
• Manage Rollout:
  Oversee the rollout of data conversion projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
