Senior Data Scientist – Supply Chain Optimization

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to work on complex, real‑world supply chain problems using optimization, mathematical modeling, and advanced analytics
. This role sits at the intersection of data science, operations research, and software engineering, focusing on building decision‑making models that directly power a modern supply chain planning platform.

• Build and improve optimization and simulation models across inventory, demand, production, and network planning
• Apply operations research and advanced analytics to large, complex datasets
• Partner with engineers to deploy models into production within a SaaS environment
• Improve model accuracy using statistical and machine‑learning techniques
• Support customer‑facing teams by troubleshooting and refining optimisation logic
• Document models, assumptions, and technical approaches clearly

• 3+ years’ experience in data science, operations research, or applied analytics
• Master’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering

• Strong experience with Python and optimisation techniques (LP, MIP, stochastic models)
• Experience with solvers such as Gurobi or CPLEX
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
