• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce CPQ solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and product suite.
• Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and document solution approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver as an individual contributor and, when needed, lead a team of Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects.
• Demonstrate Salesforce CPQ thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce best practices; ensure adherence across the implementation team.
• Provide CPQ expertise during sales efforts to assess the technical level of effort.
• Stay current with new Salesforce product capabilities and releases; absorb new features from Salesforce during product updates.
• Coach and mentor junior resources; oversee ongoing configuration and development on Salesforce projects.

• 5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience; 3+ years leading Salesforce CPQ project implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional user stories and design scalable, best-practice solutions using Salesforce CPQ and related Salesforce products and third-party apps.
• Strong ability to provide level-of-effort estimates and coordinate prioritization across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage tasks for self and teams and drive issues to resolution.
• Minimum Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.

• Experience with Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing; evaluating CPQ solutions.
• Functional knowledge of third-party applications such as document generation (Conga/Drawloop), contract lifecycle management (e.g., Spring
  
  CM), and electronic signatures (Docu Sign/Adobe Sign).
• Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.
• Experience delivering training and documentation to end users and CPQ administrators.
• Preferred Salesforce

  Community Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
