Position Overview:
The Site Process Consultant is responsible for supporting testing, training, and deploying the new business system and processes for functional level business processes. An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked as Deployment specialist or Power User for Mill and Plant Operations functions for S/4
HANA Deployment across various Sites in North America.
Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
The role will require Supply Chain expertise in one or more of the functional work streams, understanding of Supply Chain and Business processes and personnel, appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with a full life cycle ERP or MES Implementation is required, along with complex program management/implementation, influencing, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge
