* Detail oriented Business Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders developers and QA teams to gather requirements define user stories and ensure successful delivery of full stack solutions built on Java Microsoft technologies and React
JS This role demands strong domain knowledge in banking and financial services along with technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and technical teams to evoke analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with full stack development teams Java NET React
JS to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and daily stand-ups in Agile Scrum environments
Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysis for banking applications
Support UAT by defining test scenarios and tie with QA teams
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a bridge between business and technology ensuring clear communication.
** Required Skills Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain
Good of banking products regulatory requirements and digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Java NET CASPNET React
JS and full stack architecture
Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Excellent documentation skills using tools like JIRA Confluence and MS Office Suite
Good in problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field
** Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with APIs microservices and cloud platforms Azure AWS
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CICD pipelines
** Certifications like CBAP PMIPBA or Agile BA are a plus*
* The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is Charlotte USD 65,000 - 75000/Year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
