IT Enterprise Business Analyst

Candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta. US Citizen or GC-Permanent Resident.

Diversified Systems is searching for an IT Enterprise Business Analyst to develop Tosca test automation primarily for vehicle registration systems with general supervision on routine tasks, oversight on complex ones. Work with stakeholders, manage defects, execute tests, handle test data, document processes, mentor juniors.

• Test Planning & Execution:
  Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems, creating model-based test cases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently and adapt to changes.
• Collaboration & Defect Management:
  Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting.
• Testing Scope:
  Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability.
• Compliance & Security:
  Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data.
• Support Duties:
  Manage test data, maintain comprehensive documentation, and train junior team members on Tosca best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies required.
• 3 years of strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage required.
• 3 years of hands‑on experience with developing and executing test automation required.
• 3 years of proficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results required.
• 3 years of proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking required.
• 3 years of strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders highly desired.
• 3+ years of experience with Tosca test automation.
• Preferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 a plus.
