Job Title: Tosca Test Automation Engineer
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA, onsite
Position Type: Contract
Interview Mode: Either Web Cam or In Person
Note: Candidate should be local to Metro Atlanta.

- Individuals with unpaid overdue taxes or felony convictions are not eligible for hire.
We are seeking an experienced Tosca Test Automation Engineer to support vehicle registration and motor vehicle regulation systems. The ideal candidate will develop and execute automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca, collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure system reliability, compliance, and data security.
Key Responsibilities- Test Planning & Execution
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create model-based and data-driven test scenarios aligned with business and system requirements.
- Perform regression testing and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system stability.
- Collaboration & Defect Management
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, impact, and supporting evidence.
- Re-test and validate fixes using automated and manual testing approaches as needed.
- Test Data & Documentation
- Prepare, manage, and maintain test data required for automation and execution.
- Create and update test plans, test cases, and process documentation.
- Compliance & Security
- Adhere to Georgia IT security, privacy, and data protection standards, particularly when handling sensitive or regulated data.
- Team Support
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior testers on Tosca best practices and automation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation.
- Experience testing complex enterprise or government systems.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
- Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
- Experience with motor vehicle, transportation, or government systems.
- Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies — Required, 3 years
- Strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage — Required, 3 years
- Hands on experience with developing and executing test automation — Required, 3 years
- Proficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results — Required, 3 years
- Proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking — Required, 3 years
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders — Highly desired, 3 years
