Partner with Sales Marketing & Sales Comms to capture authoring requirements and content needs for the agency site
- Act in a light Product/BA capacity: write/refine user stories, acceptance criteria, validate with IT, and coordinate testing/verification
- Facilitate content exercises during replatforming (what content goes where, templates, governance standards)
- Operationalize content: enable authors with tools, standards, guidelines; coach non-visual content owners through best practices
- Analyze performance (using site analytics) and recommend content or structural adjustments based on data
- Project coordination: manage task lists, dependencies, and deadlines; keep stakeholders aligned in an Agile environment
- Influence without authority: drive outcomes with marketing stakeholders who “own” content, while representing Site Optimization standards

- Adobe Experience Manager
- 2–3 years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Content Operations for websites
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and guiding non‑technical content owners
- Comfort writing user stories and collaborating with IT to verify delivery
- Experience using web analytics to evaluate content performance and recommend changes
- Strong communicator; thrives in cross‑functional settings; flexible new organizational “language”
- Salesforce Experience Cloud / Experience Builder / Salesforce CMS
- Adobe AEM (highly transferable to our Salesforce setup)
- Partnering with Sales Marketing/Communications
- Airlineplus)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
