Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business management sector, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Governance and Portfolio Management team supporting strategic portfolio initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

• Perform analysis, design, and support of the Service Now SPM application to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Assess and manage data within dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of SPM dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SPM platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar support role within a technology environment.
• Proficiency in Service Now platform, especially Service Now SPM modules.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and dashboard management.
• Experience with data migration, especially moving data from Excel to other platforms with accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
