Business Analyst – 1 On-Site Local

Must have

• 10+ years of experience in IT, specifically in business or data analysis
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and Microsoft Office Suite
• 6+ years of experience in application development and complex systems
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Palantir Foundry)
• Familiarity with database tools including Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Database
• In-depth knowledge of the banking and financial sectors, including payment processing systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions and document requirements clearly

• Analyze business needs and conduct gap analysis related to payment acquiring services and settlement functions
• Define future state business architecture and create process flows
• Conduct data analysis and design data architectures to support back office systems
• Identify and gather business and technical requirements for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Facilitate collaboration sessions with internal and external resources to discuss requirements
• Interpret functional and non-functional requirements, applying mathematical concepts as needed
• Manage documentation of Business Requirements throughout each stage of the SDLC
• Support integration testing cycles and ensure alignment of technical specifications with business needs
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and effectively present information to various stakeholders
