The New RoleOur company is seeking a CRM Program Manager who is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing customer relationship management strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging customer insights, data analytics, and lifecycle marketing best practices to deliver personalized, impactful customer experiences across all channels.
Your Role Accountabilities- Manage the overall CRM programs to support business objectives, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop and gather requirements and timelines for CRM projects (Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with brand goals and customer needs.
- Design, test, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) that drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging, timing, and channel mix for maximum impact.
- Translate customer insights and behavioral data into actionable strategies.
- Monitor performance of CRM programs and report on KPIs such as engagement, retention, LTV, churn, and conversion.
- Stay current on CRM technology, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or loyalty strategy roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and translate into strategy.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
