Trusted tech recruitment search partner specialising in platforms, software, and SaaS across EMEA and North America.Account Executive with B2B SaaS sales background, ideally mid‑market required to join a fast‑growing, global SaaS technology company that’s transforming how organisations work through AI‑powered Service Management solutions and expanding into the US market, to sell to new logo mid‑market accounts

Salary $80-100K Base and OTE of $160-200 (US eligibility to work is essential)
This is a remote role,
but we are looking for account executives based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and will require travel to meet customers.
What we’re looking for in the Account Executive - B2B SaaS:
🔹 3–5 years of quota‑carrying SaaS/B2B software sales/business development experience selling to SMB
🔹 Experience managing fast‑paced sales cycles (15–90 days), with a typical deal size of $10,000
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in‑person
🔹 Confident negotiator, comfortable engaging IT, procurement, and senior stakeholders
🔹 Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or Zoom Info
🔹 Background in working with or selling AI, ITSM, IT Infrastructure would be a plus
What you’ll do:
✅ Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow your territory
✅ Identify customer challenges and present tailored, high‑impact software solutions
✅ Manage the full sales cycle — from lead, pipelining, prospecting to closing new logos
✅ Collaborate cross‑functionally to move deals forward and ensure customer success
✅ Stay on top of industry trends and articulate a clear value proposition to prospects
You’ll play a key role in driving new US business growth — leading the full sales cycle, developing strategic territory plans, and partnering with clients to deliver solutions that enhance productivity and employee experience across industries.
