Call Rail seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our Attribution and Forms features. This domain is critical to providing marketers with the complete, multi-touch customer journey, spanning both calls and web forms.

In this pivotal role, you will define the vision and roadmap for how Call Rail tracks and reports on the full marketing funnel, from first click to conversion, across all online and offline channels. You will own features that capture lead data through both existing and custom web forms, and accurately attribute those leads (along with calls) back to the precise marketing source (e.g., SEO, PPC keyword, social).

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working with marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution models, and data visualization. They'll be passionate about transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for customers. They will have strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver a unified, comprehensive view of marketing performance. You will be responsible for setting the product direction and managing the entire lifecycle of our core lead attribution tools.

You'll Do
  • Own the Attribution

    Roadmap:

    Define, own, and champion the roadmap for our Attribution and Forms products, aligning it with business goals and the needs of B2B marketers and agencies.
  • Deepen Attribution Models: Evolve our multi-touch attribution capabilities, ensuring accuracy across complex customer journeys that include calls, texts, and form submissions, and integrating advanced metrics (like AI-derived insights).
  • Lead Discovery and Insight: Regularly talk to customers, define and analyze data, and be diligent in discovering relevant evolutions in marketing technology, data privacy, and the competitive landscape.
  • Define and Specify Work: Write clear, concise, and actionable Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for the development team, always balancing technical requirements with tangible customer value.
  • Manage the Backlog & Execution: Prioritize product development work for your squad and manage the backlog of features based on company priorities and maximum return on investment.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Be a great partner to engineers and designers in discovering the best solutions to customer problems and driving end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Ensure Launch & Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate functionality and release plans internally to stakeholders across the company, ensuring smooth launches and successful feature adoption.
  • Define and Track Success: Define and track measures of success for your domain (e.g., data quality, report usage, feature adoption) and report regularly on findings, learnings, and next steps.
  • Maintain Data Quality: Oversee the daily workflow with the sprint team (engineers, QA, and designers) and do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving and maintain high data fidelity.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on marketing analytics, marketing attribution, data platforms, or ad technology.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong technical depth, comfortable discussing data models, API integrations, and complex data pipeline requirements with engineers.
  • Mar Tech Background: Experience delivering B2B SaaS products, especially those supporting marketing automation platforms, web analytics, or CRM integrations.
  • Attribution Expertise: Deep understanding of various attribution models (e.g., Linear, Time Decay, Position-Based) and how to apply them to real-world marketing spend optimization.
  • Prioritization & Clarity: Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from concept through execution in an agile environment, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Agile

    Collaboration:

    Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with engineers and designers in fast-moving environments.
