Job Description:

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with business team and record user requirement specification.
  • Lead business requirements analysis, perform impact analysis and risk assessment.
  • Must have in-depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using OOTB product features.
  • Experience in end-to-end Opcenter modeling and configuration.
  • Understand the paper batch record and business process flow in collaboration with business SMEs.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical devices processes.
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle with experience in all project phases.
  • Relevant experience of 8-10 years.
  • Excellent leadership skills to help the team achieve high performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to the business team.
