An ERP Consultant implements and supports enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize business operations. This role focuses on configuring ERP modules, training users, and ensuring efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather business requirements and configure ERP modules (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes.
- Document ERP configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in ERP implementation or support.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and system functionality.
- ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
- Knowledge of finance, HR, supply chain, or operations processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
