Requirements Must have:
- Proficient in SQL Server database management and T‑SQL programming.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with SSIS.
- Strong skills in Tableau for data visualization.
- Practical knowledge of Power BI for developing interactive dashboards.
- Experience with mid‑level database programming and SQL coding proficiency.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization for data loading and retrieval.
- Proven experience with version control tools such as GIT or TFS.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with processing large datasets.
- Preferred:
Experience with Bash scripting for advanced automation tasks. - Preferred:
Familiarity with additional reporting tools such as SSRS. - Preferred:
Background or understanding of the healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
- Design and refine procedures, functions, and T‑SQL scripts to enhance database performance and scalability.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and support SSIS packages to streamline data integration and ETL processes.
- Craft, analyze, and maintain Tableau reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Conduct deep analysis, research, and manipulation of large datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize programming skills to seamlessly import and export data across diverse database systems.
- Develop scripts to oversee data integrity within tables and automate the monitoring process for proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee code version control using tools like GIT or TFS to ensure smooth collaboration and code maintenance.
- Automate various processes, including database deployment, data imports and exports, and overall data handling workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure database processes are easily accessible for future reference.
- Provide timely support and resolution for any production issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business users, support teams, and developers to gather and understand requirements for database solutions and enhancements.
