Job Summary
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong customer-facing experience to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud architecture, automation, and customer success. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to design, deploy, and support scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud infrastructure—primarily in Microsoft Azure.
You’ll play a key role in modernizing our infrastructure, supporting SaaS deployments, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our cloud-hosted solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities And Duties- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure to support customer‑facing applications.
- Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure infrastructure meets customer needs and SLAs.
- Lead cloud onboarding and deployment efforts for new customers, including infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security configuration.
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through proactive analysis and automation.
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on cloud best practices, security, and architecture.
- Document infrastructure designs, runbooks, and customer‑specific configurations.
- Provide Tier 3 support for cloud‑related issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to our cloud strategy.

Education And Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a customer‑facing or consulting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, networking, storage, and compute services.
- Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate. - Experience with hybrid cloud environments and legacy system integration.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, technical account management, or solution architecture.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
