We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to maintain and improve our Microsoft and VMware environment. You’ll ensure systems are secure, stable, and well-documented while supporting day-to-day operations and IT projects.

• Manage core infrastructure including VMware hosts, Windows Servers, and Active Directory
• Administer user accounts, GPOs, and Azure AD integrations
• Maintain firewall rules, VPNs, and enforce security best practices
• Oversee Veeam backups and perform regular restore tests
• Support SQL Server patching and performance monitoring
• Handle Office 365 and Exchange administration
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Perform periodic datacenter visits for hardware installs and maintenance
• Use tools like Manage Engine for monitoring and ticketing

• Experience in systems and network administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, and Windows Server
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam) and security practices
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Clear communication and proactive approach

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Certifications:
  
  Security+, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, Network+ or CCNA
