Senior Project Manager - Data & Analytics

* Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to align priorities and expectations.
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
* Requires deep knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience.
* Typically viewed as a subject matter expert within discipline.
* May have broad knowledge of project or program management.
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
* Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM) preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in data and analytics initiatives preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, MS Project).
* Familiarity with data platforms, BI tools (Power BI), and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Data Ops practices and enterprise-scale data modernization projects.
* Working knowledge of SQL and ability to interpret technical documentation is preferred.
