Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Conduct advanced data analysis using Big Query and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, Big Query, and Looker.
- Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Experience:
Proven experience (5 years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain. Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Expertise in Google Big Query, GA4, and Looker dashboards (mandatory). Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages. Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Certifications:
- Google Analytics 4 Certification, Looker Certification, or Google Cloud Data Analytics Certification.
