Business Program Manager

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Rate: $67- $70 hourly W2

Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 3 days a week onsite

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Business Program Manager to help provide high-level strategic support for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs, ensuring alignment, coordination, and risk management across all work streams. In this role you will be responsible for drafting and managing executive reporting to keep senior leadership informed, support decision-making, and ensure delivery against key milestones.

• Draft, launch, and maintain the program governance plan and governance model (cadence, forums, decision rights, RACI).
• Establish and run risk, issue, and dependency management; maintain RAID logs; escalate with crisp narratives and options.
• Align workstream charters and business OKRs/KPIs with executive expectations.
• Partner with business work streams (e.g., Operations and Construction) to capture, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate requirements into workstream plans and readiness milestones for hand-off to Product/Tech.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements → epics/features (in a product-centric, agile delivery model).
• Build executive-level decks and program narratives (strategy, progress, risk posture, and decisions needed).
• Influence senior stakeholders; drive outcomes through clarity, data, and pragmatic options.
• Create simple, compelling storytelling around lifecycle value, owner experience, and KPI impact.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across regions
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Business leaders to align scope, priorities, and release plans.
• Support change readiness and adoption across affected teams.
• Self-starter with strong initiative—anticipates risks, proposes solutions, and drives decision-making.
• Demonstrates influence without authority; unblocks ambiguity and navigates organizational complexity.

• Strong Business Program Management with proven ability to design and run governance, manage risk, and orchestrate complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
• Sound strategic thinking and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable translating business needs into product backlogs/epics; understands agile ceremonies and release planning.
• Local to Atlanta and able to work onsite 3 days a week.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided.
