As an Architect specializing in Privileged Access Management, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure access solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust security protocols are in place, enhancing the company cybersecurity posture. Your expertise will contribute significantly to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the design and deployment of PAM solutions integrating with Entra Active Directory and related technologies
- Design and implement Privileged Access Management solutions to enhance security measures across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate access management systems with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless deployment and operation of security solutions.
- Analyze current security protocols and recommend improvements to strengthen access controls.
- Develop and maintain documentation for access management processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of access management tools and technologies.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access management systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of access management solutions, suggesting enhancements as needed.
- Ensure that all access management solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor access management solutions accordingly.
- Provide training and support to team members on access management tools and practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Privileged Access Management to continuously improve solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and managing access management tools and technologies.
- Have experience in conducting security audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
- Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to achieve security objectives.
- Exhibit strong problem‑solving skills to address and resolve access management issues.
- Display excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Privileged Access Management or a similar role.
- Preferably possess certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Show capability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for security processes.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
