D365 Business Central Solution Architect – 160k Bonus – Atlanta (Hybrid/Remote)

I’m working closely with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner that’s expanding its US Business Central practice and looking to hire a Solution Architect to lead on mid-to-large scale D365 Business Central implementations across the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

This is a consultancy that values high-quality project delivery, customer-centric thinking, and long-term relationships with clients. You’ll be working as part of a collaborative, technically strong team with real investment in professional growth.

While based in Atlanta, this role offers flexible hybrid working—with a strong remote-first culture and occasional travel for workshops and go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and design of D365 Business Central solutions

• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and define implementation roadmaps

• Lead discovery workshops, functional design sessions, and architectural reviews

• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers for successful delivery

• Provide guidance on best practices and mentor junior team members

• Support pre-sales with solution design, estimation, and proposal development

Experience

• Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant

• Strong expertise across core BC modules – Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment

• Familiarity with ISVs, Extensions, and the AL development model is a plus

Salary

This role offers a base salary of up to 160,000, plus a performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, and generous PTO.

Location

This role is open to candidates based in or around Atlanta, GA. Hybrid working is preferred, but remote flexibility is available for the right candidate. Occasional travel to client sites or team workshops may be required.
