Manager, Dealer Salesforce Systems Operations

Position Profile

Responsible for design, support, and management of Sales Operations CRM/PRM projects and administration. Assume leadership and accountability for successful performance, improvement, and execution of assigned Dealer Business Technology. Includes project/task definition, prioritization, and collaboration with Sales and IT to identify requirements. Leads cross-functional development and ongoing enhancement efforts aligned to Dealer Business Unit goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform functional analysis, gap identification, and requirements definition for CRM/PRM changes.
  • Provide functional/application expertise including quality review on design and testing.
  • Lead and execute sales operations initiatives in compliance with defined processes and controls.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Stay current on latest tools/applications/techniques (Salesforce CRM/PRM).
  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce CRM and PRM platforms.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Dealer performance.
  • Oversee data management activities including imports, deduplication, and integrity checks.
  • Implement and monitor integrations between SFDC, PRM, and other applications.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and testing for optimal functionality.
  • Provide end-user support and training, including documentation and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Develop instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning courses for Dealer Sales Systems.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine learning objectives and instructional strategies.
  • Complete regular calls to the field to evaluate process performance and provide feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 1+ years leading cross-functional projects.
  • 7+ years as Analyst or Consultant within an Operational function.
  • 5+ years of SFDC CRM and/or PRM systems administration and design.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in SFDC CRM and PRM.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Leadership ability and influence in a matrix environment.
  • Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management expertise preferred.
Working Conditions

Office environment with minimal physical effort; occasional travel for field evaluations. Work is mostly sedentary but may require light lifting and moderate dexterity.
