Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a global, multi-year CRM transformation. This role sits on the business side of the organization and focuses on driving alignment, governance, and execution across a complex, global program.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives translate into clear plans, effective governance, and measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a Program Manager who excels in transformation environments and is comfortable navigating global, matrixed organizations.

• Support delivery of a global CRM transformation spanning the full owner lifecycle
• Drive alignment across multiple work streams and regions (AMER, EMEAA, GC)
• Help design and maintain program governance, reporting, and delivery cadence
• Support executive-level communication and decision-making
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks related to delivery and adoption
• Coordinate planning and execution with business, product, and technology partners
• Facilitate stakeholder forums, working sessions, and status reviews

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Proven background in program governance, risk management, and executive reporting
• Comfort working alongside technical and product teams without being hands-on
• Familiarity with agile and product-centric delivery models
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in global, culturally diverse environments
• Hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week)
