Job Description:

  • The IT Apps Development Lead is responsible for leading and managing application development teams, ensuring high-quality enterprise application delivery, and driving best practices across the full project lifecycle.
  • This role partners closely with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver maintainable, scalable, and effective IT solutions.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in an IT management, IT technical lead, or project management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience:
  • Experience leading or supervising IT or application development teams.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience monitoring team performance, schedules, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of IT consultants and staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure coding standards and quality deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement best practices for supportable and maintainable enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure proper implementation of software designs.
  • Evaluate and recommend software solutions to improve application quality.
  • Work with project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle to support development and delivery.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams toward resolution.

    Interview, select, and mentor staff to build high-performing teams.
  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and IT management.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, identify efficiency improvements, and address training needs.
  • Remain current with internal procedures and external requirements.
Should Have:
  • Experience supervising or leading a support or development team.
  • Experience with custom application development or COTS customization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
  • Experience using product and application lifecycle management tools.
Skills:
  • .NET technologies, C#.
  • Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTML

  • SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Angular

    JS.
  • Kendo UI Telerik.
  • Service Now ITSM.
  • Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Qualification And

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical certifications preferred.
