As an Associate Package Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solution for Workday to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios

Use IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges.

• Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
• Openness to assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications
• Ability to thrive in an ever‑changing, technology‑based consulting environment
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems and cloud‑based applications
• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, HR, finance, supply chain or a related field
• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions
• Internship, co‑op or project experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience using AI‑driven tools to analyze data or improve workflow efficiency, requirement gathering, testing, workflow efficiency
• Familiarity with reporting tools or basic SQL
• Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Understanding of core business process (HR, finance, payroll)
