The AI Services team builds and delivers AI‑powered solutions that drive customer value and business growth, focusing on AI‑enabled Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Contract Intelligence (CI) solutions.

As a Sr. Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s CLM and CI solutions. You will provide implementation expertise to our clients, understanding how to configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

• Ensure successful implementation of Workday CLM and CI solutions.
• Configure and test Workday solutions to align with business needs.
• Provide implementation expertise and guidance to clients.

• 5+ years of functional experience in SaaS‑based AI CLM and Contract Intelligence.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.

• 5+ highly preferred qualification in Sourcing, Procurement, Spend, Revenue, HCM, and Planning system deployment.
• 5+ years experience implementing CLM solutions (e.g., iCertis, Siron, Docu Sign CLM, Ironclad), Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, Ultimate Software, and similar applications.
• 2+ years experience executing process maturity and value assessments.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, or Government.

Location:

Base Pay Range: $131,500 – $197,300 USD.

Additional US Location(s): $111,100 – $197,300 USD.

Workday’s compensation package may include a bonus plan or role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants. Compensation offers are based on location, experience, and job duties.

We combine the best of both worlds with flexible work: a mix of remote and in‑person time. We encourage spending at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field when required, allowing flexibility to fit your business and personal needs.
