Position Overview

This role is for a Project Manager responsible for managing construction projects in the Southwest Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction project management and the ability to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion

+ Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables

+ Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

+ Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance goals

+ Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and performance metrics

+ Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks

+ Communicate project status regularly to project teams and stakeholders

+ Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis as needed

+ Utilize quality and risk management tools to identify and mitigate risks

+ Document project updates, notes, databases, and lessons learned

+ Share best practices and learnings across teams

+ Identify and assign appropriate resources for project tasks

+ Guide, coach, and provide developmental feedback to project team members
