The Program Manager, Technology Innovation is responsible for leading the development and execution of key innovation Programs, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Initiatives within the Technology Innovation department. The Program Manager collaborates with internal and external teams and vendors / suppliers and ensures transparency and excellence in execution.

The Program Manager of Technology Innovation will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of innovation-driven technology programs, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and scaling. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable and impactful programs.

This position reports to Senior Director of Technology Innovation.

Basic

Purpose:

To provide oversight to the execution of Technology Innovation product development. Coordinate across internal and external teams, identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure technology innovation projects meet program objectives.

Direct Reports: A team of about 3-5 Scrum masters in the future. At the present time this Agile Program Manager of Technology Innovation will lead vendor teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Seven (7) or more years of job-related experience
• Managing Clinical / Operational technology programs in a Healthcare provider setting
