Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.

Lead the development and implementation of platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.

Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large-scale technical initiatives.

Guide organizations in adopting Agile, Dev Ops, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operational efficiency.

Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.

Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Support business development and client relationship management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

310 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.

Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.

Experience with Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC, and technology transformation processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead project teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
