- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.).
- Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Big Query, R, etc.) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.).
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience developing and implementing planning systems and processes, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools.
- Experience in implementing systems and tools across the supply chain.
- Experience in Analytics/SQL/Big Query.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In collaboration with our partners across Technical Infrastructure and Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO), we source, plan, and deliver the compute, network, storage, and data center capacity that powers Google’s product areas. From developing our physical data centers to building next-generation platforms, we make Google’s global portfolio possible. Our team procures and delivers the cooling and electrical gear that power our data centers, delivering Google’s products and services to billions of users worldwide.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

- Manage material volume and timing requirements to meet supply chain strategies inline with overall business objectives, including the translation of material requirements for new product launches.
- Communicate changes in demand requirements to internal customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams to fulfill customer requests. Present monthly demand planning outputs and insights to leadership.
- Identify and quickly solve demand gaps and inefficiencies. Clearly document process solutions and requirements. Define and manage clear business metrics and goals for managing demand variability and forecast accuracy.
- Develop sophisticated models, tools and processes for short-term and long-term equipment planning.
- Develop short and long-term demand models to optimize product transitions.
