Role
Summary:
Leads end-to-end delivery of an S/4
HANA implementation within a regulated financial services environment, owning governance, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Own program planning, delivery, and governance across all work streams
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and audit standards
- Oversee system integrators and vendors
- Drive integration across SAP modules (FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, GRC)
- Lead testing, cutover, and go-live readiness
- Provide executive reporting and steering committee updates
- 10+ years leading large ERP programs
- Led at least one full S/4
HANA implementation - Financial services industry experience
- Strong knowledge of S/4
HANA Finance - Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
