Under broad supervision, analyzes enterprise‑wide customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, support and implementation of new or enhanced EHR systems that serves multiple state entities. Establishes standards and procedures to be used in the use and development of systems.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to providing high‑quality support.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with issue‑tracking software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
