IT Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for handling all aspects of the end user experience, including hardware troubleshooting and software support to network maintenance and user training.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
• Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Train staff on basic IT practices and tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
• Support our billing system and coordinate with other team members.
• Configure and support our Warehouse Management system and billing system in coordination with other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Windows environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Certifications a plus on Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
