The Role

As a Principal, you will lead teams that execute strategic programs tackling complex, industry‑specific challenges, while further deepening knowledge in your area of specialization. You will work directly and closely with clients, affording opportunities to build relationships with business and technology leaders in the Lending space.

You will work with the top Fortune 500 Financial Institutions to envision new products, define domain blueprints and roadmaps, redefine experiences and processes, monetize data, modernize payments infrastructure, and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong background in commercial lending, syndication, and loan trading.

• Hands‑on expertise in guiding Loan IQ integration projects, driving business and IT workshops, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions for client requirements. Lead functional analysis, document requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

• Expertise in Commercial Lending and Syndication.

• LoanIQ platform expertise:
Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, and Subject‑Matter Expert in LoanIQ implementations, migration and integrations.

• Solid understanding of LoanIQ functionalities and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure fit‑for‑purpose platform usage.

• Ability to lead and drive Business and IT workshops, crafting solutions in coordination with teams.

• Proficiency in writing effective Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification documentation / user stories.

• High analytical and solution design skills to assess and address customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Must be NY/NJ based or willing to relocate to that area.

• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience delivering business/product transformation initiatives in banking.

• Working knowledge of Design Thinking.

• Additional nice‑to‑have qualifications: industry certifications, MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Compensation

The estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, IL, NJ, WA, and NY will be $168,000 to $234,000.
