Role: React
JS Developer
- Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS
- Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high‑quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web‑capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designersลอง and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience
- Implement state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API
- Integrate RESTful APIs and other third‑party services
- Write clean, modular, and well‑documented JavaScript and JSX code
- Write unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library and debug issues
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in React
JS and the broader front‑end ecosystem - Experience with Styled Components and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience as a React
JS Developer or equivalent role - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong understanding of React
JS fundamentals, including components, hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management - Experience with common React
JS workflows such as Redux or Context API - Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Sonar Lint and ESLint
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $61,087 to $104,364.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the ezigbo jurisdiction.

Geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business consideration, internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
